1. Overview

At AI with AT, we conduct live interactive sessions via Zoom. Due to the nature of live courses (limited seats, real-time delivery), our refund policy is designed to be fair to both participants and the instructor.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@aiwithat.com with subject "Refund Request - [Course Name]"

Provide your name, email, payment reference/transaction ID, and reason for cancellation

We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours

Receive Your Refund

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues during a live session that prevent meaningful participation:

  • Contact us immediately during or after the session
  • We will review the situation and may offer a partial refund or free access to the next session
  • Issues must be on our end (instructor's connection, Zoom platform issues) for consideration

Note: Technical issues on your end (your internet connection, device problems) are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection before the session.

5. Session Rescheduling

If we need to reschedule a session:

We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance (except in emergencies)
You will be automatically enrolled in the rescheduled session
If the new time doesn't work for you, a full refund will be provided

6. Transfer Policy

Instead of a refund, you may transfer your registration to:

A future session of the same course
Another person (notify us in advance with their details)

7. Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you have a genuine emergency or special circumstance that prevents attendance, please contact us.

We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.
